Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the Sirius Sketchworks website and services you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to create an account or request course enrollment.
Course descriptions, access, materials and participation
All course descriptions accurately reflect the curriculum, duration and skill level offered. Access to recorded lessons and live sessions is granted only after successful enrollment. Students are expected to provide their own basic drawing materials unless otherwise stated. Respectful participation in community discussions and live critiques is required at all times.
Accounts, favorites, cart, enrollment and payments
Creating an account allows you to save favorites, build a cart of course selections and submit enrollment requests. The cart functions as a demonstration tool only; actual enrollment and payment occur through direct contact or the secure checkout flow. All prices are listed in USD and are non-transferable. Cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the course start date for a full refund.
Intellectual property, conduct and liability
All original course content, illustrations and recorded sessions remain the exclusive property of Sirius Sketchworks. Students receive a personal, non-commercial license to view and practice with the materials. Copying, redistributing or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited. Community conduct must remain respectful; harassment or abusive behavior may result in account suspension. Sirius Sketchworks is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. These terms may be updated at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
